Trader Vic’s is a bar and restaurant with a constantly growing menu specializing in Asian fare. The Indonesian Rack of Lamb with BBQ pineapple is a local favorite, along with the Wood Fired Scallops marinated in coconut aminos and ginger. Rudy’s Can’t Fail Cafe is a local restaurant with a wide-variety menu and a fun atmosphere. Unlike Trader Vic’s, Rudy’s Can’t Fail Cafe focuses on breakfast and lunch. Their menu has traditional favorites like a meatloaf sandwich and cheesy macaroni. The Cafe also hosts trivia contests for patrons. 
 
For any meal, Honor Kitchen and Cocktails is a must-go for those in Emeryville. They have a wide-variety menu, including building your own pizza and countless specialty drinks to choose from. Honor Kitchen and Cocktails has a fabulous brunch. The blueberry Lemon Ricotta Beignets are as delectable as a dessert. The Dungeness Crab Benedict is another local favorite. Either will pair perfectly with the Jameson & the Giant Peach cocktail made with ginger-infused Jameson apricot liqueur with hints of lime and peach. Honor Kitchen can also be rented out for parties or other private dining needs.

The place Emeryville is known for is the home of Pixar Animation Studios. They hold countless events the whole family can enjoy. Patrons can learn about animation art, the technology, and science behind animation, and even listen to musical performances by a live orchestra. 
 
For a wide range of activities in one spot, the Public Market in Emeryville is the place to go. It is a food hall with 17 different restaurants in one spot. You can sample the rosemary fried chicken from Minnie Bell’s Soul Movement, a quinoa salad from Paradita, and banana nut ice cream from Mr. Dewie's Cashew Creamery. It will all go nicely with a fresh brew from Peet’s Coffee.  
 
If you want to soak in some of Emeryville’s scenic views, stop by the Emeryville Marina Park. Along with being right on the water, visitors can enjoy picnic areas, walking trails, and nearby restaurants.
